These terms apply to your use of core-cleaning.com and to exterior cleaning and restoration services provided by Core Exterior Services, LLC (“Core Exterior Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, requesting a quote, or having us perform work, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are free and carry no obligation. A quote is based on the property details you give us and on what we can see at the time. If the work turns out to be materially different from what was quoted, we will tell you before continuing and agree any change with you first. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them.

Scheduling, weather, and access

• Exterior work depends on weather. We may reschedule for rain, wind, freezing temperatures or unsafe conditions, and we will contact you when that happens.
• Please make sure we can reach the areas being cleaned, including gates, water spigots and power where the job needs them.
• Please move or tell us about vehicles, furniture, plants, pets and anything fragile before we arrive.
• Let us know about damaged siding, loose trim, failed seals, cracked windows or known leaks before we start, so we can work around them.

Results and limitations

Exterior cleaning improves the surfaces we treat, but some conditions cannot be fully reversed. Permanent staining, oxidation, etching, rust, artillery fungus, weathering and existing damage may not come out completely. Where that is likely, we will tell you what to expect before we begin. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for conditions that were not visible or disclosed.

Payment

Payment is due as stated on your quote or invoice unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Card payments are handled by a third-party processor.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or move an appointment, contact us as early as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else. We ask for the same courtesy in return, and we will always contact you if we have to move a visit.

Text messages

If you agree to receive text messages from us, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Website content

The text, photographs and design on this site belong to Core Exterior Services, LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. Project photographs show our own completed work unless the page says otherwise. This site is provided for information; we may update or correct it at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Ohio law, our liability for any claim relating to the work is limited to the amount you paid for that work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with the date it was last updated.
