Core Exterior Services started with two lifelong friends, a strong work ethic, and a desire to build something of our own.
We grew up together in the Highland community, where we went to school, played Highland football, and eventually graduated together. Being student-athletes taught us lessons that have stayed with us far beyond the football field — show up when people are counting on you, work as a team, pay attention to the little things, and take pride in anything you put your name behind.
Going into our senior year of high school, we started cleaning windows together as a way to make some extra money. Not long after, we were gifted a pressure washer, and that’s when things really began to grow. We started taking on power washing jobs, learning everything we could, and quickly realized this was something we wanted to take seriously.
What started with two friends, some window-cleaning equipment, and a pressure washer has grown into Core Exterior Services — a fully licensed, bonded, and insured residential and commercial exterior cleaning company serving Medina County and communities throughout Northeast Ohio.
Over the years, we’ve continued to invest back into our company, our equipment, and our knowledge. Today, we operate a fully equipped commercial-grade exterior cleaning setup designed to handle everything from residential properties to larger commercial projects — professional soft-washing, pressure-washing, purified-water window-cleaning, and specialized surface-cleaning equipment, so we can approach each property with the right tools and methods for the job.
But while our equipment and capabilities have come a long way, we’ve never wanted Core Exterior Services to become just another cleaning company.
For us, this has always been about people, property, and community.
The same community where we grew up as students and athletes gave two young guys the opportunity to become business owners. Local homeowners took chances on us when we were just getting started, recommended us to their neighbors, called us back for additional projects, and helped us grow into the company we are today. We’ll never forget that.
That’s why customer service remains at the center of everything we do. We believe professionalism means more than having great equipment or producing a great before-and-after. It means communicating with our customers, showing up when we say we will, respecting their property, doing the job correctly, and making sure they’re proud of the result when we leave.

We’re proud of how far Core Exterior Services has come, but we’re even more excited about where it’s going. Our goal is to continue mastering our craft, expanding what we’re capable of, giving back to the communities that support us, and building a company Northeast Ohio can rely on for years to come.
