Core Exterior Services, LLC (“Core Exterior Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates core-cleaning.com and provides exterior cleaning and restoration services throughout Northeast Ohio. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It also explains how our text messaging program works.

By using our website, requesting a quote, or communicating with us by phone, text, or email, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

We only collect information needed to quote, schedule, and complete work, and to follow up with you.

Information you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, service address, the property details and photos you send, and anything else you include in a quote request, text, call, or email.
Service and payment information. Records of the work we quoted or performed, appointment dates, invoices, and payment status. Card payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
Website information. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the campaign parameters in a link you clicked.

How we use your information

To respond to quote requests and answer your questions.
To schedule, perform, and follow up on work at your property.
To send appointment confirmations, reminders, arrival notices, and invoices.
To send service offers, seasonal reminders, and promotions, where you have agreed to receive them.
To improve our website and our services, and to measure how our advertising performs.
To keep records and meet legal, tax, and insurance obligations.

Text messaging (SMS/MMS)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories described in the “How we share your information” section below exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How you opt in

We only send text messages to people who have given us their mobile number and agreed to be contacted by text. You can give that consent by:

Checking the consent box and submitting the quote request form on core-cleaning.com;
Texting our business line at (330) 946-0159 first; or
Telling us verbally or in writing that we can text you at a number you provide.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from us.

What we send

Customer care and service messages: quote replies, scheduling and confirmation, appointment reminders, crew arrival and completion notices, weather rescheduling, invoices, and general questions.
Promotional messages: seasonal service reminders and special offers, sent only to customers who have agreed to receive them.

Message frequency, rates, and help

Message frequency varies based on your requests and your scheduled work.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and we will not text you again unless you opt back in.
Reply HELP for help, or call us at (330) 946-0159.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers may include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and others.

We use a licensed messaging platform to deliver these messages on our behalf. That provider processes your number only to send messages we send, under contract, and is not permitted to use it for its own marketing or to sell it.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the business:

Service providers. Website hosting, scheduling and CRM software, payment processing, email delivery, and messaging delivery, each acting on our instructions.
Subcontractors and crew. Only the details needed to reach you and complete the work at your property.
Advertising and analytics. Aggregate and pseudonymous website measurement data, as described below.
Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, our crew, or the safety of others.
Business transfer. If the business is sold or reorganized, customer records may transfer as part of that transaction.

Mobile phone numbers collected for text messaging, and the consent associated with them, are excluded from every category above and are never shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, understand how it is used, and measure our advertising. We may use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising pixel, which may set their own cookies and receive limited information about your visit, such as which pages you viewed or whether you submitted a quote request.

How long we keep information

We keep quote requests, service records, and invoices for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax, warranty, and insurance requirements. Text messaging opt-in and opt-out records are kept as proof of consent for as long as required by applicable rules, even after you opt out.

Your choices

Texts: reply STOP to any message, or call us and ask to be removed.
Email: use the unsubscribe link, or reply and ask us to stop.
Calls: tell us and we will note your number as do-not-call.
Access, correction, and deletion: contact us and we will correct or delete your information, unless we are required to keep it.

If you live somewhere with additional privacy rights under state or national law, contact us and we will honor the rights that apply to you.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, and we limit access to the people who need it to do the work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

Our services are for property owners and managers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

Our site may link to other websites, such as Google Maps or our review profiles. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted here with the date it was last updated. Continuing to use our site or services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
